Helga DOES NOT grant permission for the use of her art on collateral material such as: book or magazine covers/interiors, posters, web sites, CD or DVD covers, cards, banners, brochures, business cards, pamphlets or any collateral that promotes a business promotion, private practice, or commercial products of any kind. Helga does NOT give permission for her art (nor any derivatives of it) to be collaged, customized, copied, adapted, incorporated, photo-shopped, or in anyway altered or used within another work of art whatsoever.

FREE USES:
WORKSHOP or LECTURE
You may use images by Helga in educational workshops or lectures: such as in a “Power Point” presentation, a slide talk, or using an overhead projector lecture; as long as you credit Helga Hedgewalker and give the web site address “helgahedgewalker.com” while the artwork is on the screen. Permission is NOT granted for presentations that are recorded and offered for sale or posted to the internet.
LIMITED USE ON A WEBSITE:
You may use ONE image on your personal (non-commercial) web site with the following conditions:
1. The artwork must not be changed in ANY WAY (no cropping, coloring, animating, adapting, collaging into other art, or using as a graphic design element).
2. “©Helga Hedgewalker” must be visible WITH the image, and a link to helgahedgewalker.com would be greatly appreciated. (Please support the arts by giving credit where credit is due- Thanks!)
3. The image used must be no larger than 500 pixels or 4 inches in either dimension.
4. Images MAY NOT be used as backgrounds, cropped, or otherwise shown in any way which obscures the entire image.
5. Images may not be used on web sites deemed inappropriate; such as porn, horror, or commerical.

2) Send a high-resolution .jpg (10 MG or better if possible) of the finished tattoo with your name to art@helgahedgewalker.com.
3) Sending a .jpg to Helga Hedgewalker grants her free use of the photo of your tattoo for any subsequent publication in print or interactive media. Thank you!

If you would like to use Helga’s art for an interview, article, or paper; please email her at art@helgahedgewalker.com for permissions and high-resolution print-quality images.
Uploading or downloading works protected by copyright without the authority of the copyright owner is an infringement of the copyright owner’s exclusive rights of reproduction and/or distribution. Anyone found to have infringed a copyrighted work may be liable for statutory damages up to $10,000 for each work infringed and, if willful infringement is proven by the copyright owner, that amount may be increased up to $50,000 for each work infringed. In addition, an infringer of a work may also be liable for the attorney’s fees incurred by the copyright owner to enforce his or her rights.
